Many Apollo AI buyers lost access in September 2026. Here is what reviewers say helped, and how to avoid a second scam.
1. Gather your details
Find the BuyGoods receipt email. Note the order number, date, amount and the email used at checkout.
2. Contact BuyGoods
BuyGoods took the payment. One Trustpilot reviewer says a phone call got her charges located and a full refund confirmed within days. Use contact details from your real receipt or the official BuyGoods site only.
3. Dispute if needed
If that fails, ask your card issuer or PayPal for a chargeback. Explain the service stopped working or was not as advertised.
4. Ignore "back online" messages
- Do not tap new Apollo login links sent by text or email.
- Never enter your password or card number from those links.
- Forward scam texts to 7726 (SPAM).
- Change any reused passwords now.
5. Report it
File at reportfraud.ftc.gov and, for online losses, ic3.gov. See more buyer stories on our reviews page.
